Eligibility Criteria

Officers under Central Government:	Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR With 5 years’ service in the grade (Pay Level-5 or equivalent) on regular basis
Qualification	Pass in the SAS or equivalent exam conducted by any Organized Accounts Department of the central government; OR Successful completion of Cash and Accounts Work Training in ISTM or equivalent, and at least 3 years’ experience in Cash, Accounts, and Budget work
Period of Deputation	3 years (including immediately prior ex-cadre deputation period, if any)
